Share links depend on the current credential version and are revoked by credential rotation.

This is for operators, not for client portal creation or client access.
Credentials
Client access is anchored to portal credentials. If you rotate credentials with /portal-credentials <slug>, older share links tied to the previous credential version stop working.
Share links
A hosted share link is a direct access link for one portal. It is not the same thing as a cloud workspace login.
Rules
- Publish before you send anything externally.
- Use local preview to review content, not to share with clients.
- Keep the username and password available after the first draft and before preview.
- Generate share links after publish when a direct hosted URL is useful.
- Rotate credentials if you need to revoke older share links.
